  • Article titled “The other side of Entrepreneurship” was published in the September 2009 issue of the Plant Engineers Journal, an online journal of the Indian Institute of Plant Engineers (IIPE).
  • Article celebrating India’s entrepreneurial spirit titled “The rise and rise of Indian Entrepreneurism” has been published in Tapasya Monsoon 2009 edition. This article takes the reader through the underlying spirit of entrepreneurship that has survived the ups and downs of the recent Indian history. The article tracks entrepreneurship in the Indian Business context from the early days, through colonial rule, red-tapism and post liberalization.
  • Paper on the emerging area of “Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)”. This paper discussed the concept of GRC and need to look at the three disparate iterative functions of an organization as a single activity. The paper also put forth the benefits of this integrated approach and how enterprise application providers are providing solutions in this space.
  • Authored a paper on “Taming the Tiger- A perspective to managing Consultant Project” at i-flex solutions which was awarded the first prize in a white paper contest in 2007. The paper identifies the uniqueness of consulting assignments and the need to tailor the conservative methods of project management for effective delivery
  • Paper titled “Environment Interaction Evaluation (EIE)” has been published in ISACA Control Journal 4. 2007. This paper presents a method for building proactive compliance into Technology solution, by taking a holistic view of the ways in which a technology solution interacts with various aspects of its deployed environment. Planning these interaction effectively into the solution design then leads to reduced compliance cost and sustainable technology solution
  • Paper titled “Influencer Analysis: A perspective to reducing audit risk” has been published in the ISACA Control Journal 3, 2007. This Paper presents a method to be used by the auditors to evaluate the risks present in the auditee environment and correspondingly plan an audit methodology to contain risk related to the audit attestation.
  • Paper titled “CDPF: A process based approach to the Art of Customer Delight” was awarded the Second Place in Professional Category at the “Conference on Quality of Project Management” held in September 2006 in India. This was jointly hosted by the Computer Society of India and Project Management Institute. The paper presents a simple six step method to achieving Customer Delight as an integral part of the Project Management Function
  • Authored a paper on “Technological Challenges in Mergers and Acquisitions in Banks” for Banks and Financial Institutions at i-flex consulting, in 2005. This paper discusses the technological challenges while integrating operations and infrastructure between banks. It takes into consideration the complexities involved when the operations and technologies between the entities being merged are similar / disparate. The paper also discusses the various aspects that need to be addressed at the time of merger while moving to one of the existing infrastructures / moving to a new infrastructure / building interfaces to keep both infrastructures operating in harmony
